I could use a hand. Can you
please ask if any of our fellow alumni might have a "rules of
engagement" policy (use of force) dealing with multiple separate
jurisdictions coming together for a large event? The RNC is coming to
Tampa, FL in August (this year) and will involve multiple agencies
coming together to deal with the crowds. Rather than re-invent the
wheel, I was hoping to get input from someone else who has already dealt
with this issue. If you can put this out to the membership and ask
