SPI Alum Named Chief of Police

SPI alum Chief William Lamb will become Chief of the Fond de Lac (WI) Police Department on July 1st.  Chief Lamb, a graduate of SPI’s Chief Executive Leadership program, led the North Fond du Lac (WI) Police Department since 2001.  Congratulations Chief Lamb!

FOND DU LAC - Fond du Lac has named its next police chief.
Current North Fond du Lac Police Chief William Lamb will take over the Fond du Lac Police Dept. July 1. Lamb replaces Tony Barthuly, who is retiring at the end of the month.
Lamb, a Fond du Lac native, has been North Fond du Lac police chief since 2001. He has 23 years of law enforcement experience. Lamb is a graduate of Marian University, the FBI National Academy, the Southern Police Institute's Chief Executive Leadership program and Fox Valley Technical College.
Other finalists were Two Rivers Police Chief Joseph Collins, Fond du Lac Deputy Police Chief Kevin Lemke and Sheboygan Falls Director of Public Safety Steven Riffel.
